What we know about you (very little)

This page is short on purpose. If a privacy policy needs a lawyer to read, it is protecting the company, not the person.

The reflection and the calculators store nothing by default

Everything you answer in the reflection, and every number you move in the calculators, stays in your browser. It is not sent anywhere, and it disappears when you close the tab. There is no account, no cookie that follows you, and no advertising pixel.

A shareable link only stores what you choose to share

If you click “Get a personal link” on your reflection, we store the four answers and the adviser preference you selected, so the link can show the same summary to the person you share it with. Nothing else is collected. You can ask your Planning Guide to delete the link at any time.

We only receive what you deliberately send

If you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, your chosen contact detail, optionally your city and message, and, where it applies, a short summary of the calculation or article you were looking at, so a Planning Guide can reply usefully instead of asking you to repeat yourself.

Consent, and what it covers

Ticking the consent box means one thing: that a Planning Guide may contact you about your enquiry. It is not permission to market to you, to add you to a list, or to pass your details to an insurer. If you later take out a policy, any information shared with an insurer is done with your knowledge at that point.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Write to your Planning Guide at any time and ask for them to be deleted. You will receive confirmation when it is done.

Where it lives

Submissions and shareable reflections are stored in a secured database with restricted access. Only an authorised Planning Guide can read them.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law you may ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased. There is no process to go through, just ask.
